Nothing is for the faint-hearted where we live. Lovely people and decently-priced tradespersons........when you can get them. It's amazing how bad 'phone reception is for those guys!:rotfl:
I know of a 2 stable yard, school, 1 acre + a house that needs work coming up soon....Can't help with the other 3 acres I'm afraid.0 -
It might be a runner if it is close enough to keep the field we have.0

It's a Phillips from the 1980s.
Ours was still working in the noughties.
Ours only conked out a year or so ago. Once the analogue signal was turned off we used it for watching DVDs in our holiday home. Took quite a few emails to and from the TV Licensing people before we could squeeze confirmation out of them that we did not need a licence for it anymore0 -
I was searching for a house that I've seen frequently on tv. I found it, it's 4 Princelet Street if you're interested. Anyway I found this place. Almost untouched: http://www.rightmove.co.uk/property-for-sale/property-63523358.html
We did an open gardens tour of that area last summer. Was quite surprised to see quite a few of the houses were carefully, and perhaps expensively, maintained in similar condition.....as where many of the owners
Most of the gardens were that small with high walls but it was quite remarkable that many had very creatively produced interesting gardens.0 -

I'm having trouble seeing anything in some of these pictures - they seem to be just blank white images http://www.rightmove.co.uk/property-for-sale/property-46921806.html0
