Weird choice of marketing but it's a great space, lots of potential there.

How about this for a littlest room with a view? (A view out, and a view in presumably).



It's still available, if you're interested and have an exhibitionist streak! Nice swirly carpets and wallpaper too. Good price for a semi though.

In pic 8 is that a silhouette of a dress on the wall or is it just the way someone has been tearing off the wallpaper?

It's the resident ghost, she has difficulties with the wall paper and is hoping the new owners will go with some nice quiet eggshell white for her room.

All I see is a practical solution to a difficult problem: That of an old person who can no longer climb the stairs to the bathroom. The plumbing is already there serving the kitchen sink, etc. that are on the other side of the wall, there is space and they do have nets and blinds up at the windows if you look carefully. Looking at the other rooms, I bet that the dining room had been turned into a bedroom and the upstairs and the front parlour were almost never used.

Whoever lived there obviously loved the garden and while the future owner will almost undoubtedly rip it out, my OH would kill to have those cupboards and shelves in our kitchen.
