I think there was somewhere (Denmark maybe) where houses were sold with mortgages built-in, meaning you bought a house with a pre-arranged mortgage and didn't have to apply. It was supposed to speed up sales and cut out hassle, I think. Obviously if you defaulted, it returned to the bank. There is no honour to be had in not knowing a thing that can be known - Danny Baker0 -

A bit weird given it's only for people over 60.;)
Well - this person over 60 was thinking "Not quite as I would do - but one I could live with if I had to" until I saw that coloured strip lighting and thought "Chav - that would go" about it and I'd get rid of the arch doorway and put in a proper door at that point. Those two things I couldn't live with...0 -
Multi-coloured LED strip usually comes in a form which allows 'ordinary' lighting, as it's typically controlled by a small zapper which gives a range of effects.
Sad to say, those of us who built our own pulsating light-shows in the late 60s, using projectors and coloured oils, are now approaching 70.:cool:0 -

I looked round a house that had that kind of lighting in the kitchen, and running along uner the top of all the counters, too.
Both the owner and the agent were pushing it as a selling point. I was thinking "well, would need to knock something of the price to take into account the need to rip out that awful lighting in the kitchen...."All posts are my personal opinion, not formal advice Always get proper, professional advice (particularly about anything legal!)0 -

That looks like fun, no problem with location - if you didn't like one area you could just up sticks and zoom off to another!I was jumping to conclusions and one of them jumped back0
