The fireplace reminds me of a Hobbit house - I would keep that cos I think it's quirky, but get rid of the shelving around it. I rather like the round window as well.

We viewed this house after ignoring it for months. We tried to see past the decor but the bedrooms were too small and oddly shaped so didn't suit!

Very useful floorplan on that one, had to zoom in 5 times to make any sense of it and then the writing was blurred. Trying to hide the odd dimensions apparently.
