The fireplace reminds me of a Hobbit house - I would keep that cos I think it's quirky, but get rid of the shelving around it. I rather like the round window as well.0 -

Very useful floorplan on that one, had to zoom in 5 times to make any sense of it and then the writing was blurred. Trying to hide the odd dimensions apparently.
