It'll sell easily, there's loads of people who will buy it because it'll give them multiple opportunities to bunk off work and they'll have proof they can't get to work! 'Well the EA said....' :rotfl:OU Student! - ED209, SDK125, DSE212, SK124, DSE141, SD226, DXR222, DD303, DD307 = BSc Psychology0 -

I quite like it... Although the only bathroom is on the third floor...
Pokey. 1st floor bedrooms are small and you have to either go downstairs to the shower room or upstairs to the bathroom for a pee. The master bedroom is tiny and open to the stairs so if the kids did come upstairs, they would wake you up every time. Also, anyone working at the "study area" would block access to the stairs so would be getting up and down all the time.
ETA: Still, at least the neighbours would be quiet. Except on Sundays. And possibly Halloween? They deem him their worst enemy who tells them the truth. -- Plato0 -
Pic 6 - Not a fan of corner baths but especially not those with shag pile covering and strategically placed mirrors
