I'm guessing rental too. But wouldn't you be annoyed if it was your flat (I'd sack the EA for the shoddy photos !)
...the photo of the bathroom isn't even straight! I thought it was a weird wallpaper at first!

You'd think the photographer would have got the people out of the shots (or at least picked the tea towel/apron up off the kitchen floor!)

I can't tell if that's a TV or a window in the bedroom. Were the photos taken at darkest night, or does someone think the best way to sleep if the TV's too bright is to draw the curtains over it?

It's a window with a closed black blind with silver eyelets at the bottom.
