My house is a doer-upper ... and scarily I have the exact same ceiling, tiles and cupboard doors in my kitchen (and the same ceiling in the bathroom ...) Clearly there was a time when these features (and the vertical blinds!) were a desirable feature. You just all can't appreciate quality when you see it0
