I don't live in that area but would be reluctant to use hall and benson when they put rubbish like this in their listings. Why would anyone want a 3rd bedroom that is part of another bedroom? The floorplan only shows 2 beds.
When is a three bedroom house not a three bedroom house? Answer: When the third bedroom is added onto the master bedroom! This is an extended bay fronted semi detached house, which has been extremely well looked after and can ONLY be appreciated by an internal viewing.If you always do what you have always done, you will always get what you always got!0 -
