Oh, that house is hideous in so many ways, but pic 11 particularly caught my eye - I wonder what thought processes went into deciding to place the sofa and chair in that room?!

Listed as a 2 bedroom barn conversion, but of course it just means a plot of land. What bothers me the most about this property is the first line of the address and the estate agent's total disregard to it:

"Offering a wealth of character, original features ...." :eek:

Dread to think what that wheel was used for, and there are some nasty stains on the ceiling.............

Will probably be re-branded as Primrose Cottage or somesuch at some future point.

A building-plot with no PP and loads of potential for rights-of-way/access problems. Never mind the Grade II curtilage stuff. Not even with some else's barge-pole for fifty pence.

It will be interesting to see how much it goes for at auction.
