It continues to amaze me how some people present probably their most expensive asset ever for sale. I just don't understand it. Surely most sensible people would at least tidy and declutter even a little bit!

On the other hand, I can never understand why people who are renting a property they like would want to present it in the best possible light and speed up a sale if that would then mean their tenancy coming to an end once the property was sold (subject to other legalities, of course).
