I know this tends to be looking at daft pictures in houses but I was wondering if you guys could tell me what you think about this one. Any things that you would flag up or wonder about, such as there being no sink in the kitchen? http://www.rightmove.co.uk/property-for-sale/property-48207248.html
ThanksTrying to save up for a deposit for a mortgage....could be a while!!

Do you mean there isn't a sink in the kitchen at all, or it just doesn't show up in the photo?
I would find a sinkless kitchen very strange to be honest, but if the utility room was close enough and had enough space to do washing up it wouldn't necessarily be a deal breaker.
Why is there no floor plan?0 -

Hi. No, it's not my own house. It's one I'm going to view soon. No sink in the kitchen - can't see it in photos nor is it mentioned in the below part describing the property. Would this be something I could negotiate on price with if I like the rest of the property? I think the utility is through the door seen in the photo of the kitchen.Trying to save up for a deposit for a mortgage....could be a while!!

Without a floor plan, a bit difficult to be sure but I think the layout/designation of rooms has changed. The sink is in the utility room and the kitchen is a kitchen/diner and probably adjacent (maybe without even a fixed door between).0 -

A kitchen needs a sink for food preparation, even if there's other provision for dish-washing.
Without a kitchen sink there isn't a kitchen as the property could be regarded as legally below habitable standard (and therefore unmortgageable).A kind word lasts a minute, a skelped erse is sair for a day.0 -
