Thought I'd share this one. In need of some modernisation I think.

Pic 4 and 7, it also looks like the house has been cut in half. It's claustrophobic0 -

Seemed ideal and very cheap, until I google imaged the road to the rear of the property.0 -

Like the sign 'No Parking At Any Time Emergency Access' to the 'camp' track.
I would not like to live with that on the back, legal or not. This is a system account and does not represent a real person. To contact the Forum Team email forumteam@moneysavingexpert.com0 -
The house would have been great for my son, makes me think it is better to buy with neighbours in situ, rather than open fields to the rear.ScarletMarble wrote: »Like the sign 'No Parking At Any Time Emergency Access' to the 'camp' track.

£280,000 for a very fancy garden shed!0 -
As someone with claustrophobia I find this absolutely horrifying:

I'm surprised it was possible to get planning permission for a conversion like this, aren't there health and safety rules about ventilation and emergency exits? God knows what you would do in the event of a fire.
Also it looks like they didn't even try to make it look lighter, wooden floors and white walls would surely be a better choice than dark beige and fluffy carpets?0 -
