This is just around the corner from Stratford Upon Avon and whilst there are people living in the area that will pay this sort of money for a house, they certainly will not buy this sort of house, they would want one with character and charm.
If this house is ever going to sell, it will need to be transported to Cheshire where some footballer may buy it.

The things is, okay that house was 8 bedroom and this is only 5 bedroom, but it's 2.5 million cheaper and it is only a mile down the road in the same sort of area (i.e. not a nastier part of town)
