Oh I love that 2nd one! I could have a horse (not that I know anything about them) Chickens, dogs, ducks, pigs and all sorts..... My wellies will come into use there....

This is just around the corner from Stratford Upon Avon and whilst there are people living in the area that will pay this sort of money for a house, they certainly will not buy this sort of house, they would want one with character and charm.
If this house is ever going to sell, it will need to be transported to Cheshire where some footballer may buy it.
