    Forget the suave UK agents dress code, black trousers, black shoes see pic 2, better opting for the cooler look in my opinion!

    You failed to mention he has two heads.
    He is not my idea of how Zaphod ought to look, but as long as they are faithful to the original Douglas Adams' scripts, then good for them.

    A glowing description;
    18 pics of educational squalor & Scotland-rivalling dreek;
    & then :rotfl: a video tour :rotfl: :rotfl:

    The blurb would be a no-no here, under the Discrimination Act.

    It would seem that Bulgarian EA;s need to take advanced grade lessons from their English counterparts on the need to stick to using UK ethical standards when writing about properties

    good start - perhaps placing the word small was a little unnecessary but carry on...
    "There is a small house on the plot" ... No no no , you don't return to the negative....
    "which is subject to major renovation"...
    Fail - appears Bulgarians are just too honest to make good EA and simply do not understand how to carry off English understatement

    "( Bear in mind that there are villages in Bulgaria with no Brits in it , so villages with British society is a big plus)" No xxit Sherlock, there you go again, far too honest although doubtless some (probably continental types :eek:) would fundamentally disagree with the last 2 words

    Would you still be giggling if you had opened that slot of an oven door, and the image remained staring at you?
    The house looks like a downsized Amityville with a Suburbiton makeover.

    Would you buy a converted garage?
    If you were a surveyor/valuer, what the hell would you (professionally) scribble down?
    Will garage living become as fashionable as btl?
    ????????

    Post box pic? To induce that 'green and pleasant land' feeling?
    what you have not understood is that defining what is a property is no longer the work of a "professional". There is a simple acid test - does the Royal Mail approve it?

    In this case, not only has RM decided it is a viable property address, but in recognition of the fact that the volume of junk mail they deliver would leave it stuffed to the gunnels and thus unliveable, RM has very kindly provided it with its own post box. They have also given the [STRIKE]idiot purchaser[/STRIKE] proud owner the key, so it can be used for both incoming and outgoing mail should the property continue to be used as the nerve centre of the thriving business currently operating from the splendiferous desk

    PS further (now sober :() analysis shows that the EA needs a lesson in counting up to 6

    Now I decided I DO need SpecSavers, does this house look small in pic 1, then inside a tardis.

    Or are my eyes deceiving me, and it doesn't look small in pic 1?Help!
    all property viewers are now required to have fish eye lenses implanted so they can see the same level of potential in a property as an EA can automatically do so without surgical assistance

    Why do you reckon this one hasn't sold then? Seems nice, reasonably priced etc

    What a beautiful house!
    Makes no sense when the puny bungalow in even colder Fife is under offer.
    Maybe Six-pensions Salmond thinks Berwick is his.

    I agree with you-beautiful-:beer:

    Seems to be tucked behind newer bungalows and next to what looks like a row of beach huts further along on street view-not really, but a figment of my overactive imagination.

    The lands seems to have been sold off for new builds some years ago.

    Maybe people who will spend £500K plus another few hundred thousand on renovations want total privacy?
