given that what they appear to be selling is a finance package with an unknown interest rate, the fact there is a picture at all is surely irrelevant? Or as you say maybe its expressly for those who haven't been to specsavers and thus cannot read the small print, which doubtless will be small

The over lapping pictures.....the bottom one is upside down!
Looks like it's been tucked under the top one-why upside down??

Try pic 12, bottom of blue towel, black shoes and start of leg, don't get too excited!
