That's only a mile or so from where my parents live, I can imagine it going for that much too (it's the right side of the high road!).
But to call it Brookfield Farm? Tesco has its head office locally, and B F is the name for what was the first 'non-high-street' Tesco superstore many years ago (now colonised with M&S and then lots of other high street stores)... you'd think they'd have been a bit more imaginative with the name :rotfl:0 -
