I think that this may be a bit of a commute for most of us in the UK but for a guide price of £800 maybe its worth it.

Not that far when I open link google maps at bottom of page shows house just outside Newcastle upon Tyne.

You've never been to Detroit I take it?

I have, for my sins, and I wouldn't send a dog to live there. I suspect by now that sweet little house has probably been torched. Torching in nearly all areas of Detroit would be a distinct improvement.
