    They are better than ones my friend's estate agent has taken where he appears to have stood on steps for most shots. One he has actually climbed in the bath to take!

    If it's just one little girl, who is still young enough to sleep in the cot, there's a lot of toys. I think I would have put them all behind the settee or in some baskets for the EA visit, or probably is it a tenanted house?

    That's why I wondered if it had a tenant at moment, with no means of cutting the grass/jungle back-or no inclination to do so.
