A real blast from the past, looks like a probate sale; swirl carpets, dark wood, green bathroom suite, no C/H, bull-rushes in the 'garden'

Where is the bed in pic 6, looks like it's at the bottom of the stairs, can't work it out on the plan.

I think picture 6 is one of the main bedrooms on the first floor with a staircase up to the loft conversion (picture 5).
The fact that the ad says cash buyers only and there is no mention of the loft room in the description makes you think it is most definitely does not meet building regs and makes you wonder why the agents even took a picture of the room as for me it just sets alarm bells ringing!

yep it screams of hoarding, hoarding bleeding beds in pic 5..plus spot the cat..aint that hard to spot, he aint hiding;)

House along my street was up for sale last year and sold with a loft conversion that did not not meet building regulations. It just had a wooden ladder up. Estate agent had a photo with a bed in but did not mention it as a bedroom in the blurb and no cash only disclaimer.
