Me too - you can never have enough *facilities* imho and when the living space is spread over that number of floors, all the more reason to have several

If you look at the house carefully, you'll see that the important bits are raised above ground level. Perhaps not so for the workers' cottages though!
I suppose the sound of the weir would drown out the fairly strong traffic noise there. As for the fishing.... I've done some not far downstream and I don't rate it!;)0 -
