I'm guessing the PDF hasn't been updated yet.0 -

I am saddened by this as it clearly belonged to an old person/couple....BUT all that brown!
Then I was freaked out by pic 2....it looked as though someone had dumped their baby by a cardboard box!
My first thought was "Nice size garden", but closely followed by "Bet that farm next door isn't organic...loadsa chemicals floating around getting onto my garden and being there in my air I'd have to breathe:(".0 -
Yes, one is wrong. The PDF is more likely correct, as £200k is way too low.
I don't think it looks a bad deal at £290k, but what do I know, as I bought something quite similar! :rotfl:
£200k is the auction guide price.....it goes to auction next month.

Seems to have been missed of the actual details on Rightmove.0 -

Seems to have been missed of the actual details on Rightmove.
They seem to have made a couple of mistakes' on Rightmove then; none deliberate, I'm sure.
I like the way they describe it as 'remote.'0 -

You would think that the EA would check their grammar on a £2.5mn house, wouldn't you? ("comprises of...")They deem him their worst enemy who tells them the truth. -- Plato0 -

I will try to remember this, as I have organic, or organic-leaning neighbours on all sides, two of whom seem regularly involved in throwing large quantities of muck at their land.
Indeed, on Street View, my dear neighbour, Trevor, can be seen piloting his spreader, hurling ordure, quite close to the Google vehicle.
I can hardly say I was not forewarned! :rotfl:0 -
When was the last time anyone used those chairs? (Pic 6)
