According to Property Bee the price was reduced from £289 950 to £200 000 on 13 January.
I'm guessing the PDF hasn't been updated yet.

They seem to have made a couple of mistakes' on Rightmove then; none deliberate, I'm sure.

I like the way they describe it as 'remote.'

I will try to remember this, as I have organic, or organic-leaning neighbours on all sides, two of whom seem regularly involved in throwing large quantities of muck at their land.

Indeed, on Street View, my dear neighbour, Trevor, can be seen piloting his spreader, hurling ordure, quite close to the Google vehicle.

I can hardly say I was not forewarned! :rotfl:
