What's with the floor plan? To get from the lounge into the master bedroom, you have to go through the dining room, kitchen/breakfast, utility, library and en-suite bathroom.Do you know anyone who's bereaved? Point them to https://www.AtaLoss.org which does for bereavement support what MSE does for financial services, providing links to support organisations relevant to the circumstances of the loss & the local area. Tyre performance in the wet deteriorates rapidly below about 3mm tread - change yours when they get dangerous, not just when they are nearly illegal (1.6mm).
Oh, and wear your seatbelt. My kids are only alive because they were wearing theirs when somebody else was driving in wet weather with worn tyres.0 -
The layout is very weird as well though... Like picture 6, why is there a bed in the dining room?!
Very large multi-generation family would be my guess. The extension looks like it was intended as granny-annexe but with no kitchen. I could hazard a guess at the cultural background of such a family but the arrangement and volume of the living-room furniture contradicts that somewhat.
Perhaps purple was the only colour which every member who put money into the property could agree on?0 -
What really gets me is that is immaculate. Who would have shag pile in a kitchen? Who would be able to prevent it getting full of crumbs, or the occasional mark from spillage? It all looks brand new.0

Living here, you could enjoy a luxury bathe (pic 6).....and then retire to the lovely bedroom (p4) and snuggle down ....amongst the mildew!!

maybe they spent a lot of time and money doing it all then realised just how utterly 'purple' it was, decided they hated it and moved straight out and put it on the market rather than have to live in it...... lol
Or their interior designer was colour blind and/or hated them? There is no shame in not knowing; the shame lies in not finding out.0
