Yeh...right...:cool:
and neatly encapsulating two of my pet hates in one. That is...describing it as having something that it would be better not to have (ie a conservatory so run down that :eek:) and an error frequently made (describing a house as having "higher status or whatever" than it actually has" - ie semi described as "detached").
That is one that gets my goat every time...the number of times EA's describe a house as basically different to what it is...
There is a house still for sale near me that is described as "link-detached" and every time I see it I want to throw something at the EA and say "It might have been link-detached once...but its now end-terrace...so no wonder you aren't selling the blinkin' place"0 -
