Looking at what is written on the bathroom wall, I wonder what the script on the toilet seat reads.

Very weird...bedrooms on ground floor, deck that bridges to next door on 1st, plus a bathroom, shower room, ensuite and WC in a 3-bed house and a wind/rain lashed terrace on 2nd floor - this is East Kilbride, not Brighton!

Hubby had a habit of putting his teacup down on the stupidly narrow dividing partition, where it was easily knocked over, so harassed Wifey glued pebbles there to prevent this.
Clearly an MSE solution, as pebbles are free. :A0 -

There's no garden so the terrace is a way of giving some outside space while cramming in the maximum number of houses per hectare. Or as they put it "A fine blend of urban convenience and rural tranquillity"!0 -

I personally think 3 beds (all with built in wardrobes) 4 bathrooms and 2 private terraces sounds a good deal for just over £150k. And they do have gardens as well

I love the idea of having my own private terrace off my bedroom to have a coffee and read the papers on a nice morning, or sit out with a drink and a book on a summers evening before bed.
