I think that's got the makings of a really nice home but, as you say, there's a lot of work required.

Looks good for a long term project/forever house, but the A37 is just behind, with all the lorries grinding up that hill! That's its Achilles heel and possibly why it's relatively 'cheap.'

OMG - what is it with boys and their toys? :rotfl: Without wishing to sound sexist - and apologies to all the female model plane fanatics out there - but most of those do seem to be quite *male dominated* hobbies :p Why is it we girls don't take over houses with our interests like that? Or maybe someone knows different :D

"Well that's a first, a property that is on my list of properties to view appears on here!!! :rotfl:
If we do take a look, I'll let you know what it's like in real life - I fear it will be too much work for us though."

Ha ha, it is on our "possibles" list, but a little too early to start viewing for us. :)

Some decluttering required... (and a price drop!)

(it's a PDF, the pics aren't all on the website)

    No bathroom!

If there was an elderly person that died there, the place must stink of wee as if they had limited mobility - and perhaps no torch to the outbuildings with the toilet.

    C'mon, that's definitely a SINGLE man's house :rotfl:

And, erm, if you saw my house...I admit it's fairly obvious what my interests are! Although I reckon anyone who didn't know me would think that it was the man of the house who did them.

Pic 2 - How many chess sets does one family need? :D[/QUOTE]

Anyone know of a hobby that involves a chair with no legs? Pic 11?
