The figures are not that meaningful when volumes are only at 40% of previous figures. At some point volumes will have to return to "normal" and it's unlikely that prices will be able to hold up at that level.
Have to say though, I don't see evidence of prices holding up - not collapsing, but generally dropping month after month as vendors struggle to sell.
