I have had a mad week of interviews and have my fourth one tomorrow. The interview confirmation email say that I can wear what I want but I still think it is better to wear a suit.
What do you guys think ?

Id wear 1 but in this heat id consider a shirt and tie and maybe a jumper(if not too hot). If the others who are also being interviewed turn up in t's, shorts and flippy flops and you wear a suit or a shirt and tie you would stand out more would you not.0

I am a female so I will not be wearing a shirt and tie. I was going to wear a smart business wear dress with a suit jacket.0 -

Have you thought that this maybe a way of checking if you follow instructions??
Also the interview might have you doing some kind of activities which a suit might not be suitable for.
Do you know anyone who works there that you could pick their brains about it?0 -
The email said that they are a casual bunch and I can wear what I want.
But they still might be looking for the one who comes dressed smartly.
I would either wear a suit, or, if it's too hot, a skirt and blouse.
Dress for business. You don't get a second chance to make a first impression.(AKA HRH_MUngo)

Imagine someone holding forth on biology whose only knowledge of the subject is the Book of British Birds, and you have a rough idea of what it feels like to read Richard Dawkins on theology: Terry Eagleton0
