I love the ever so professional picture of a courtroom on the website's FAQ no. 3 "What if I refuse to pay". :rotfl:
  • Then you get put into an empty secondhand furniture store and er........
Still waiting for Parking Eye to send the court summons! Make my day!

A no-win no-fees debt collector, handy for Parking Spy as they try and catch the odd percentage who would pay with letters from debt collectors, even 50% (or so) of whatever the debt collectors manage to get is better than nothing in their eyes.

Just ignore the pet debt collector, just say you dispute the account which should make them back down and pass the file back to the PPC

Hilarious. I can't believe that just a couple of days ago, when we received our first Parking Eye notice, I was worried. Next time I go to the car-park in question, I'm gonna give the ever-so-sophisticated "cameras" used by Parking Eye the finger! They can go swivel :j

my main question is how do i get them to stop contacting me, i've written 2 letters saying i'm not paying, how do i get them to stop? will the c.a.r.s send bailiffs?

    This is your big mistake.

You took them seriously enough to write letters - This only makes it look like you believe them and can only prolong their harrassment.

The sooner you start ignoring them, the sooner they will give-up.

I do the same, just be careful as I once had to tell somebody that I was giving the cameras not him the finger!
