I just received the following two text messages from o2:
"O2: We sent you a text/ email recently and would like to know what you thought of it. There are just two questions, and your text answers are free. Questions to follow"
"O2: On a scale of 1-5 (where 1=not very good and 5=great), please tell us how you feel about the following statement. A: What did you think of the email or text we sent you recently? Reply A and then your answer. For example, A3."
Can anyone explain this? The texts and emails they send me are not the sort of things you have an opinion on. Why have they sent this question? Seems like some kind of strange scam/ spam to me.
