Follow up to Morrison fine. Got signed statement from postman that our car was on our drive at the time seen stated on the Excel fine ticket. Saw manager. Told to contact Excel. Taking everyone's advice , said "Never". Then e mailed long letter to joanne vesely at Morrisons plc as suggested by patty65. Now waiting but not as frightened as before you all helped. Thank you all including bondylad, mcjordi, patty65 kite2010, renegade . PS Still unsure how to use this site so hope you receive my thanks. ladyOAP

I emailed joanne vesely as previously mentioned and said I had a PCN with the wrong time and I also had signed witness declarations of this. Also that I would probably have to visit the local press with this info. Today I have had an e mail from Morrisons saying that the PCN has been cancelled. I have asked for an explanation of the wrong time on the ticket as it would seem to be important for numerous other customers. Thanks for all comments.0 -
Had my 1st notice letter regarding me paying the £100 fine, must admit it does not look like the letters that have been shown as an example of their letters.they do like to use the colour red I guess it's to make it more scary0

Except that it's not a "fine", it's an invoice.What part of "A whop bop-a-lu a whop bam boo" don't you understand?0

Who is the letter from? Parking company or debt collector?
If your letter is different than those shown in the top thread 'PPC letters, what to expect' then please could you send a pm to Crabman with a link to a digital photo of the letter, or a scan of it? Just blank out any barcode/refs and your car & personal details, and date/location.
Many thanks if you can add a new letter to that thread, it's there to be updated by anyone and everyone who gets a different letter-chain.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
