one of my neighbours is a seller on ebay he has managed to run up £250 in seller fees,unfortunatly he is currently in jail and his mum is sorting out his finances. She wants to repay this on his behalf,not sure if she has the total amount to pay it in full. she has a letter from a company called iqor requesting the amount…

OK, maybe I said the wrong thing.

What you need to do is work with this though, rather than against it. I agree with Hermum for a plan of action.
