    It would have to be at a huge discount for it to be worthwhile. Looking at the pictures, I am sensing a new boiler and radiators, new electrics, as well as all the obvious surface things you can see. It screams "neglected house". I wonder if it's a repo given the condition it has been left in, and that brings its own set of issues with purchasing.

    I am all for projects and love houses that need gutting, but the price has to make it cost effective. Compare it to sold prices on that and similar streets, check the crime map, etc.

    I see that the EA's say they "are proud to present this....". I dread to think what the other properties they "present" are like!
  • Yes Have just looked at the other pictures that's no where near
    Worth that price, I would need to get it for £100.000 and use the
    Other £40.000 odd to bring it up to scratch and god only knows
    What a survey would reveal?
