Thank you muchly i really don't want to play with myself on xmas day!! The Wii play has a remote? and then another nunchuck seperate? is this correct?

One search ends and another begins....

Yes, the Wii play has the remote and 9 games.
You need another nunchuck for the boxing, sorry missed that out.
The nunchucks are not as difficult to find.

I don't think it is "sold out" so much, but just not many stores sold this game, but personally I think it is worth it if you can find it - I got mine from tesco, it seems a cheaply made game at first, but is very addictive, it has all the cliche funfair stalls, and some very annoying american accents, but perservere for it long enough and you will be hooked!! I love it in case you hadn't noticed ;)

I believe Amazon.de and Amazon.fr will still ship Wii play to the UK, my French one arrived yesterday anyway. If not there seems to be stock around of the remote without the Wii play game. The nunchuck is still easy to get as well.
It's my problem, it's my problem

And it's my problem if I have no friends

Still free delivery also , on a £1.50 item.

If it means it gives you a head start.:T
Thanks just bought £3 worth of baubles! :D

  • I am speaking with a guy on ebay.de. he will ship one to the uk with wii play (with controller) for about £215 all in. If i pay by Paypal does this sound risky?

He has 1000+ feedback with no negatives.

    Any thoughts folks?
  • ok I joined this site in order to give you my opinion of wii sales, it may be worthless but I hope it might help someone out.

I work for Blockbuster, and with the recent promotional 10% card given to customers the company is pretty much a 'no-go' for buying a wii... we are no longer allowed to reserve as a company, as we are already over our estimated allocation before christmas.
What I really wanted share however is this..
I only work in an express store and 50+ calls a day is an obscene amount to be getting for such a small store.. obviously it is my job to help customers, but after a while this does get monotonous. I am sure it is the same for other companies also...
I bought my wii last year (and yes wii's have been just as hard to get from that time onwards - nintendo seems to be using the 'high demand' strategy to increase sales and so far it seems to be working!!) but disregarding my "staff discount" I got mine from a local woolworths!
My point being this.. I finally got my hands on oneby going to the store, and talking to one of the sales assistants.. talking about products and things - you see we all get so many calls a day, but if you get a polite, friendly customer in-store treating you as a human being.. then it is only human nature to go that extra mile in order to get them what they want.
I am not to sure if I am making sense :S but I am recommending, if you REALLY want a wii, to go into a store, and have a chat with the person who is serving you. The guy who served me just took my number, no deposit or anything required, I got a call 4 days later and picked up the console.
Of course I try and help EVERY customer I talk to, but with wii's being so hard to come by.. you might find anything helps, even if you have to make a visit to a local chain, and strike up a conversation with one of us lowly sales assistants.

I really hope this makes sense, and before I get any abuse, I was only trying to help :)

    Over 1,000 feedback and no negative's ?.

How long have they been a member ?.

I would risk it through Paypal only though. Use a credit card for extra security also.
