I don't know who's right and who's wrong with this debate over stock being released in December, but I'm fairly sure we won't know for sure for at least 2 weeks. All this discussing is actually getting us nowhere and filling up the thread with posts which aren't actually relevant to the subject of posting details of who is selling them at any given time. I'm sure there will be a lot of "na na na na na nahs" in a couple of weeks from whoever is right, but until then I would like to respectfully request that discussions on this subject are curtailed to save people having to scroll through irrelevant posts to find the informative ones. (Please note I am not getting at anyone in particular - just my two pennies worth).

After picking up my Argos Wii this morning, the sales person told me they are not letting people reserve online anymore. We have to wait and see on that one I guess.

Back on the subject of actually getting the Wii - Has anyone tried Bol.com from The Netherlands?. They stock them and send to UK for 249 euros + delivery?

John Lewis's had them yesterday & this morning - if you're in front of a PC there's no harm in refreshing it to see how the stock is - it's better than the live stock checkers.

went to Toys R Us early morning in the Hayes area
they only ordered 40
anyways, people apparantly were camped out since midnight!!!!!
i've been looking for Wii for 2 weeks now

Yeah about 5 mins ago. It just popped up in stock like davidmcg2u said it would and I was quick enough to get one.
