When did they change the policy on ordering from Amazon de ?
Myself and a few others on here have ordered and received theirs this week.0 -
A relative got a wii in a large Asda in Cardiff yesterday as they had an unexpected delivery.
Toys R Us Cardiff are allegedly getting a delivery of 30 for 9am Saturday and will operate first come first served basis - may be worth calling other stores to see if they will get a delivery too.0 -
Okay Sorry!!!!!!
I Didn't Actually Require It For Xmas And It Is The First Time I Have Used This Site!!!!
It Does Say At The Beginning Of The Forum No Question Is A Stupid Question!!!
Maybe I Won't Use This Forum Again If Your So Rude!!!!
as there are so many posts under each thread its easy to just scroll through and miss posts. I think amazon.de/fr has stopped mailing to UK in last few days. There are a few sites to check wii stock but often by the time you are alerted to availability they are sold out but keep trying. hope you find one soon!!Smile and the whole world smiles with you, laugh and they'll think your on drugs!
Pigsback: £11.92 (claimed £50 vouchers); Quidco: £143.89; Home of Research: £3.50 (£20 claimed); YouGov: £19.50; Valued Opinions: £5.50 (£10 claimed) Toluna: 29,210 pts (120.000 claimed) Ipoints: 2092 pts and loose change elsewhere!0 -

I can't quite understand how selling wii at inflated prices is ripping people off. I'm sorry but in defence of the original poster if he/she buys wii's and sells them on, and is open about what price he paid etc, then that is okay with me. It is called supply and demand. Incidentally I've bought more than one wii and sold it on...........and made a nice few quid. I don't know if they were MSE members or general public. They had cash. I wanted cash. Deal done.

I'd just like to add to this - selling them on is not "ripping people off" I auction them with a 99p start (less fees!) and no reserve. Mine have gone from £215 up to £285 as that's what people are willing to pay. Last night the bloke who paid £285 collected in person (and paid cash which saved me a tenner in PayPal fees!) and he was very happy. I gave him my Amazon.de reciept and he asked if I could get any more as he knew a few people who were after them! Now he even knew where I had got it from at that point - he certainly didn't know they have stopped shipping to the UK. The other person who collected in person yesterday was also very happy.
I am making money, its saved me having to take out a loan to cover the mortgage on my rental property whilst I try to evict my tenants. I'm sorry but any way of keeping out of debt is a good way of keeping out of debt, I'm just fortunate enough to have a good limit on a credit card which I pay off monthly and I can use it to buy "stock". I've happliy shared with people on another forum I regularly use the information about the stock checker and the German suppliers. The best things in life are NOT free - but they sure are cheaper with MSE!:j0 -
