they r in stock at simplygames.com for 279 plus sports package also in stock at http://www.game.co.uk/search.aspx?platform=*&s=wii&sort=pricedesc&page=1 which is the game store for £325 with 4 games and a charge station.

set up amazon.co.uk account and it worked fine. Just ordered from amazon.de should be shipped between 13 and 17 dec, hope its here on time

just to confirm - i have an amazon uk account and have just ordered a wii for germany. all very easy. says delivery for 19th nov. for 6euros. hope it's here for xmas - if not - cancelling the order! sorted!

i ordered one off Amazon.de earlier and got a email back stating "Scheduled shipment of this product: November 12 2007 " so fingers crossed

I have just ordered from amazon.de for a total of 252.80 euros inc p+p.

Says will be dispatched on 12th Nov for delivery 14-18th Nov.

Hi. I read about the idea to order from Amazon Germany on this site last weekend. I am already a member of the English Amazon, and when I went on the German site, I just entered with my normal Amazon ID. I ordered on Sunday 4th November and Wii arrived Thursday 8th November. The message that I got when I first ordered was:
Voraussichtlicher Versand dieser Artikel: 13 November 2007 - 17 November 2007
Lieferung voraussichtlich: 19 November 2007 - 23 November 2007
So, as you can see it arrived earlier and very quickly. I am very impressed with Amazon Germany and the Wii is spot on. Just need an adaptor for the plug. Also, If anyone has any problems with the language, just mail me, as I speak German fluently.

I've just ordered through amazon.de and it looks like it's ordered, so I'm "presuming" it will turn up this week - my current order status is:
Lieferung voraussichtlich: 14. November 2007 - 23. November 2007 which translates toSupply presumably: 14. November 2007 - 23 November 2007

I logged into amazon.de with my Amazon UK account details (it had my address stored and my credit card details - so no problems with having to translate the page). I then used the Babelfish website: http://babelfish.altavista.com/ to translate the email etc. Works pretty well.
