Thanks to those who championed the Amazon.De cause.
I ordered last night and today I've had an email which appears to say that the Wii has been dispatched.

What does email say? as waiting for confirmation of dispatch. I ordered last night but stupidly put wrong expiry date in my card details so they sent me an email which took about 2 hours to translate and follow instructions.
But think I have finally succeeded as it wont allow me to make any changes to my order as it is preparing for dispatch.

Plus does anyone know how to track it with DHL?

Not sure if that's because we ordered the Wii Play as well. It did say that items would be sent separately so maybe the Wii console will be on its way sooner. We don't really want to call customer services in Germany so have emailed to ask what is happening. I don't know if it's worth cancelling it and ordering again or trying to change the order but am a bit concerned it won't be here before December in time for the birthday.

Hi Summerberry, Ordered my Wii + an extra remote I recieved the same message as you but the next day recieved an e mail from Amazon Germany to say both had been dispatched and to allow 5 days for delivery! :T They also said due to a surge in sales of the Wii that they were quoting longer delivery times than usual. They must never of heard of this site then :rotfl:Hope this helps to put your mind at rest.

An extra remote is not as rare as Wii Play. I know 4 stores I can go and get a extra remote but nowhere that has Wii Play in stock.

Hopefully your right and it will be sent together, but I doubt it.

The problem with this company is that they are based in Austria and have connections to Croatia. Plus no feedback. A few chippers have dealt with have made a recent order so i will wait tosee what happens 1st but will report the outcome. They do charge extra for using Paypal.

Just looks to good to be true at those prices.Saying that ifmore than one person says its OK then immore inclined to believe them than listening to one person (no offense meant but on the net no-one knows who is actually who)

Left it on my desktop all day and it alerts you to current stock availability every few minutes. First - Dixons in stock but missed them but few minutes later available at Amazon - arrived 2 days later!

this is gona sounds silly, but what is different about the ones being ordered from amazon.de...... apart from the obvious that the manuals will be in german.......
