I just rang the helpline. we already have one, but I am trying to get one for my auntie for my cousin. I have taken on the search for her for half term or my cousin would hear and know! lol
i will keep trying but I promise you that is what the nice scottish lady just told me, they have backlog of orders of 4500 and they cannot guarantee filling those before christmas never mind taking any more on. !
just shows you cant trust everything the nice scottish lady says doesn't it! lol

I just got my husband to phone the john lewis helpline and they have just told him they can categorically say they will NOT be getting any more wii's in stock for at least the next 28 days. all wii's that they have on order with nintendo at the moment are already sold and they do not know when stock will become free again.
another example of left and right not being coordinated! lol

Hi everyone,

got an email from these last night to tell me my item has been despatched along with a tracking number.

So should be getting it any day. Cant wait to have a go when my little boy is in bed.

I would not rely on anything that the JL Direct call centre tell you. Unfortunately, they do not reflect the JL name well, and there are several stories on MSE where they have misled customers.
