Oh will I wont I. Was also going to put an order thro with Virgin megastores but just been reading about peoples hassles with the company and non delivery of Wii machines and not sure now????/

familyfitz I couldn't see anyone on this thread who has had problems with Virgin - the only problem seems to be that they have had stock all day! What hassles have you seen?

Oh, I'm no good at attaching links etc but another thread on here has detailed problems with confirmation of dispatch and no Wii turning up for example. Seems that they take a long time for delivery generally (sorry I would add the link to the thread but not sure how).

Still trying to decide.

Not had my third email from Dixons either. Ordered on Thursday.
Keep checking on website too but order still says in progress. Ive emailed them too but so far not replied.
Starting to get worried now. Wish I'd waited now and ordered one from Virgin.

I ordered from Dixons on Tuesday and phoned them twice to be told they would send out their stock. Just received an email canceling the order!!!! :mad: :mad:

Apparently they send out their orders according to time of order but others on MSE have reported receiving orders placed on Wednesday.

The hunt starts again

My daughter has just returned from Exeter City Centre, Blockbusters with a Wii, last one but expecting more next week, and Virginmegastore expecting 20 Monday morning.

I just wish Dixons would email me so that I knew one way or another. I tried phoning but they can't tell me as its not showing up on system yet!
If I knew for sure that it wasn't coming I would try elsewhere - probably Virgin as it looks as if they have stock today.
I think Dixon's system of emails is rubbish.:p

i got one from Smyths Toy superstore in Mitcham but they have a website and other stores. They have lots of sepcial deals on at the moment too. I bought mine for £189. That came with a free game of my chioce (i chose the harry potter game). I also got £10 gift voucher free too which i then used on another game. I hope this helps
