The message your getting is the standard out of stock one. I was lucky to try 1 hour before the delivery was due so they knew there were some on the way. If possible find out what time and day they have deliveries and try ring and reserve 1 hour before!

yes i have, i have typed in the 3 argos store numbers that near by me, and none of them let me reserve one! one of them is just a very small town, very small argos!

Bit iffy bout that site myself.... they have Wii points card for a whopping £21.99 :eek: say something about adding delivery costs "to ensure it gets to you before xmas" lol :rotfl: well i should hope so to, it's only feb!

I know this question has been asked a million times before but i would really like to get my son a Wii asap. Every time they release any anywhere, I alsways seem to miss out!! By minutes!!

Ideally i would like to buy online, I assum ive got no hope with the major sites though like amazon as they always say out of stock!!

Can anyone help??

P.s I refuse to go to ebay and get ripped off!!

I ordered the Wii from Amazon.de on the 4th Feb and it was dispatched on the 5th. Has anyone who ordered at the same time received theirs yet? The tracking info seems a bit odd.

The estimated delivery is a range from the 7th to the 15th...gettin a bit anxious for it now. If anyone has ordered from amazon.de previously how long did yours take to arrive?

Or as someone mentioned earlier in this thread, try phoning comet, I got some that way, a little expensive (£216.99 + £8 p&p for Wii & Warioware) but got delivered within 2 days.

I got one the next day

It has a real time stock update, i just kept the page open all day and voila!

Got one today from Argos extra. Not showing on their internet need to use ring and reserve when their deliveries come in - about 10am here. They do a texting service which will text you when back in stock not sure if would work for wii.

HMV are apparently getting them tomorrow and some of the smaller stores will hold them for you.
