ChoicesUK has them for £34.99, but it says not due for delivery until the 14th Feb... however I've a vague memory of someone saying on another thread that they'd ordered one expecting it in Feb and it arrived within a few days so you might get lucky. I'll try and dig out the link to the other thread....

Not sure if someone else has already mentioned it but regarding rechargeable batteries - I got 10 of each AAA and AA from https://www.ledshoppe.com - total cost was a tenner delivered from hong kong!
Reasonably high capacity too, 2500mah on the AAs and 1000 on the AAAs
Another option is https://www.7dayshop.com who are marginally more expensive but UK based

I have bought a couple at different Gamestation stores over the last month - they always seem to have quite a bit of stock in. They are good for Gamecube games too!

I have personally walked into a store and seen Wii Plays on the shelves plenty of times if not constantly over the past month or so including today when I bought a copy. The Wiimote is a really lovely bit of kit.
