Does Martin swear often on these mutterings?
+ wouldn't it be easier to delay the screensaver/monitor power saving mode than get a person to wiggle the mouse each week?0 -

lol
If Martin wants to free Natasha from the clicking, but doesn't want to mess with the default settings, he could take 5 minutes to...- Download Wizmo (only 37k from the great GRC) and put it somwhere it won't be disturbed (I have mine on the the in the C:\ folder)
- Create 2 shortcuts to it on the desktop.
- Rename the 1st "Screensaver On" then right-click it and in its properties add autoblank=1 to the Target line (So it might read C:\wizmo.exe autoblank=1)
- Rename the "2nd "Screensaver Off" and in its properties add autoblank=0 to the Target line
There are much simpler applications, but I prefer it since it's a switch rather than a running program so takes no resources.0 -
No Kingmonkey I rarely swear, this was a one off, i get a bit agitated talking about some debt firms.Martin Lewis, Money Saving Expert.
