Giving away slightly larger portions of food that they are just about to throw away isn't the epitome of good service, but if that's all its takes to keep you coming back....
But instead of throwing it away they gave it to me, and I appreciated that.
I've never had a bad dominos, there was 1 time where they made the wrong pizza but they offered to deliver another and gave me my next meal for free, so it was resolved satisfactory.I try to help as much as I can. But I'm also honest and speak my mind.
Smoke free since Jan 2014If you want any advice on quitting please send me a PM.

I once ordered one medium pizza and they delivered the wrong one. Rang them up and they said I could keep what I had and resent the order but added a garlic bread, wedges, kickers and made the pizza I paid for a large. On top of that, they gave me 50% off next order!0

So 4 halves therefore 2 pizzas in total0 -
it offered me free ice cream on the basket page (and it works in conjunction with other offers / vouchers) - how can anyone say no to free ice cream?
Alright for some, my local one does not accept an online order from me because they "unfortunately do not deliver to my postcode" yet I can ring tem up and they deliver to my postcode. Never understood that one! Shop always sayd it is nothing to do with them.
Call instead of onine doesnt make any difference to me except I cant get any of the online offers0 -

It's not, its down to head office as they determine where the store is "allowed" to deliver to. But obviously if the drivers are willing to drive there....0 -
- I had an o2 More voucher offer email - spend £25 @ Dominos and get £10 off. I ordered it online with the applied for o2 more code and it came within 30 mins.
2. Very tasty and well prepared. Side was nice and desert lovely.
3. I had the half and half pizza so had 2 pizzas in 1.0 -

I live a 20 minute drive away from the shop, it is the next town so not in the Scottish Highlands!
They deliver to our town (as like I say, it is the next town and infact only town near them) so why I cannot order online is beyond me. Obviously a tech error of some sort.0 -
20 mins seems like a long way for delivery - our local branch won't come out that far as the pizzas get cold whilst they're on their way, but fortunately OH is on his way back with a collection order and I've got the oven on... :-)0

I suspect Lokolo is correct on this one. There will be a delivery area for each store that is almost certainly determined by head office. It will be these parameters that the online ordering system uses.
Of course, the store is able to use discretion and work around this once you cut the online service out.0 -

It was a typo, meant 10 minutes away.
Everyone delivers to our town from the next town.0
