So are you suggesting the OP commits fraud?

Because the OP would be lying to get a refund when it's not due?

I bought a necklace from America and I am ashamed to say it was an impulse buy. It arrived yesterday and when I put it on I have to use the last link on the extender it is still tight. Now I am aware that I should have been more careful and checked everything before I bought as it does state the measurements on the website is.

I am just wondering if you have any rights to return it for a refund. I know we have laws in this coutry re distance selling but not sure if they stand in my case.

    Any help greatfully received :o

So what have the supplier done wrong that warrants them being lied about? The OP admits they are in the wrong and is looking for a legal out. MSE doesn't condone fraud.

Wrong again pcombo...read post #1....the OP said it was an impulse buy and that the sizes were stated on the site. Nowhere does the OP state the sizes were wrong.

Strike your heavy tent and move on I suggest...as you have in the past?
