Got your money in NATWEST BANK?

Options
Hi - Guys,

I've just joined this forum, and I'm really sorry that my first post has to be such an unpleasant once, but I feel this is THE best place to share this, because you guys (on this forum) are the ones that started the whole revolution against the banks in the first place, so I can't feel of a better place to spread the work on this get guidance...

Here's what its about...

My friend Andy Shaw has a court approved Winding Up Petition for Natwest going into enforcement NEXT Tuesday/Wednesday, because they stole £25,000 from his Mum's account. And they STILL haven't paid out. This means, if this goes into action next Tue, ANYONE who has Money in a Natwest Account will have their account FROZEN until the bank is dealt with. If you need access to your CASH and want it SAFE - move it NOW. He's putting out the notice in the comment below:

Hi,

My name’s Andy Shaw. I don’t know if this story is of any interest to you but I have a winding up petition on Natwest Bank and am intending to wind them up next Wednesday morning.

Long story short, Natwest took my Mum’s life savings without notice and with no intention of paying her back.

We went to court and won. They failed to pay. We issued a winding up petition and we asked for the CEO of Natwest to appear in court to explain the conduct of his company, unbelievably they failed to show. Now next week if they don’t show we will immediately be winding up Natwest Bank.

I expect them to pay, although they are incompetent enough to not do so, and so we will wind them immediately if they have not.

I think it is down to them deciding to ‘try and get away with it’ as my Mum is a fragile old lady. So they are either incompetent or callous and they have given me the power to wind them up, so I will do.

Please contact me back by email if you would like to know more.

I have put this page up to explain the full story as personally I think it is disgusting what they have done to her. And if she didn’t have a street wise son then they may have intimidated her out of her life savings as I am sure they have done to many other people. Natwest have repeatedly said that they do not want bad publicity and then repeatedly have not sent through her life savings, plus all costs, plus all interest.

I can no longer allow this bank to bully people in this way and thought I should inform the press. Frankly I have no idea what will happen next Tuesday as I have never seen anyone let alone a bank act with this level of incompetence or ignorance. So I have been advised to advise people I know that they may want to remove their money from Natwest bank to avoid having it frozen.

This is a bank which is 84% owned by the British public. How can they expect to ever pay the country back if they are this incompetent. This is something which is costing us the tax payers money. How many more cases of this type are there? The public has to be warned about their incompetence and the fact that they could wake up tomorrow with their life savings removed by Natwest with no notice and then have to spend 18 months fighting to get them back…

Even if they are in the right.

The page is on theBankerSpanker.com

Kind regards

Andy Shaw

And if you think this is !!!!!!!! and it's "impossible" to wind up a BANK - look what this Florida couple did to Bank Of America - Forclosed on a BANK - they shut the doors on the BANK... so move your money and get the word out PLEASE...

It wont let me post links so just type in Bank of america foreclosed by angry homeowners into Google and it'll come up on the ABC news website!

Thanks Guys!

Wind up definitely springs to mind. A little more information would be useful. Like how exactly have they 'taken' £25,000 off this lady? Has she put it in an account that they've closed or what? All a bit vague and ranty for my liking!

If this is the same Andy Shaw who appears to be no stranger to money problems according to the bankruptcy register, I would imagine that NatWest would be interested in where the dosh came from in the first place...

I must sign up to his list so I can buy the book he is trying to flog me on his website
