Returning to the same provider?
I'm currently with T-mobile and have found a new deal for T-mobile through another website which is better than the upgrade they have offered me (contract ends next month). They won't match it because it's a cashback deal.
Should I end my contract and get my PAK code, then just order the new phone? Or will T-mobile not allow this because I'm not really a new customer?

You can't use a pac to move to the same network, that's not what they're for.
You'd have to move your number to another networks payg and then back to T.
That works and is done all the time.0 -

The Orange rep said on here a while back you could pac into Orange in the morning and request your pac in the afternoon!!!
Might be a bit quick, but a couple of days tops. If they ask, just say you have no signal (or something!)...0
