Anybody had any dealings/problems/good reports of simply 3g based in bagshot surrey?

Simply 3G, not the most efficient outfit I have dealt with! All started well when I ordered my phone and, as promised, my free bluetooth headset arrived within a fortnight. I recommended a friend to earn a £20 bonus & things took a turn for the worse. My recommendation was at the beginning of September and, after several messages chasing up my "bonus", I eventually got a cheque in the middle of December. Well outside the promised 45 days.
I am currently waiting for my first chequeback for my discounted line rental. They took a month to acknowledge I had sent it to them and I assume their 45 days for the chequback to be issued will start from that date rather than the date I sent it.
I have purchased phones from the CPW group over the last few years & have found their chequeback system far more efficient.0
