Euro car park fine

Options
Hi all,
I got a ticket from Euro car parks about 5 months ago and unfortunately appealled. But, after seeing all the fabulous advice on here, l've since ignored everything and not paid. l'm on my 2nd letter from Control Account. Still ignoring. BUT, 10 mins ago they phoned me! l missed the call fortunately, but how did they get my number? Do l still continue to ignore?

Cause you put your number down on the V5.

I'm pretty new to this private parking scam, but over the past couple of days have become increasingly knowledgeable about this corrupt and unscrupulous nuisance. I'd say ignorance is still the best policy. When they phone you, hang up or put them on hold while you go and do some shopping (relishing in the fact that they are wasting their time and money while you get on with your life!).

Back from my hols in even sunnier climes, and there's plenty to catch up on here!

There are lots and lots of threads mentioning phone calls:

    http://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/search.php?searchid=108636050

If this search no longer works, I just searched 'phone calls' in this sub-forum and you could do the same (don't search the whole of MSE!):

    http://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/forumdisplay.php?f=163

Read the results of the search, tons of info on how to tell them to bog off and how to have fun letting them swivel. What you don't do is be worried about the calls - the choices are either to have a laugh or have a go at them.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

I would be danged proud to appear in civil like that, very scrupulous! It seems the scurvy bands are sized differently from the remainder of the rig out! on the gunmetal i ordered, the black bands supply okay, but the rest period of the bedeck went on too easily.

Is it a riddle? My guess is the answer is 32. :rotfl:

Quite. The last lot of this gear :spam: I saw didn't have wheels though.
My very sincere apologies for those hoping to request off-board assistance but I am now so inundated with requests that in order to do justice to those "already in the system" I am no longer accepting PM's and am unlikely to do so for the foreseeable future (August 2016). :(

For those seeking more detailed advice and guidance regarding small claims cases arising from private parking issues I recommend that you visit the Private Parking forum on PePiPoo.com
