They refused to accept a coupon I had around October last year, said it was 'Policy'. Me being the sceptical sort emailed Home Bargains Customer Service to clarify and was told then that they did and should have accepted the coupon and would have a chat to my local store about it.
May be worth emailing CS for clarity?

Rug Doctor cleaning solution, spot cleaner and a couple of other products in today. The gallon cleaning solution was £2.99 and I think £1.99 for the other products. Going back tomorrow as couldn't carry them today. Hopefully they will still have them. At a rough guess the cleaning solution is around £18 in Morrisons when you hire the machine. I have been planning to get this for a while as my 2 year old grandson and Jack Russell have taken their toll on my carpets!

I tried to use a coupon last month and they refused so I rang HO and got a call back from my local store manager who apologised and told me if I had any more problems using coupons to ask for him couldn't have been nicer so I would double check that hth xx

I just came on to post about those 'terramuni' pots although I never knew they were called that!

For anyone else that might not know them as that, these 'Pots of Dreams' are the all in one money boxes where you are supposed to smash them after you have filled it.

I have been to two of our local stores today and picked up a few. Managed to get my daughter's name but the rest I just got a random assortment as I have plans to re-paint them anyway and jazz them up how I want.

Will make lovely gifts and only 99p - RRP on the tag is £6.99

Also, the name's are (mostly) printed on the bottom of the box so no need to open each one to see what name it is (like the lady was when I turned up!). However, I would advise you to check each pot as they are 'pot' and there were in a few broken ones in our store and they didn't all rattle!
